Richard Long has over twenty years of experience in the IT industry. Richard began their career in 1992 as a Senior Network Engineer at Managed Care Innovations. In 1995, they moved to Monarch HealthCare as an IT Manager. In 1998, they became the IT Manager at HomeSeekers, where they were responsible for the configuration and administration of over 60 enterprise level Windows NT 4.0/2000 servers. In 2002, they joined Varnell Struck & Associates as their Director of IT, where they established, planned, and administered the overall policies and goals for the information technology department. In 2005, they became the CTO/Director of IT at American Kiosk Management, where they successfully managed and reduced operating costs for 900+ manned and automated stores. In 2014, they joined Accenture as a Business and Systems Integration Manager, and also began working at Pieology Pizzeria as their IT Director. At Pieology, they led the project for their mobile app and loyalty program, cloud enabled all their services and network, and implemented their online ordering process. In 2018, they became the Director of IT at Pink Taco, where they managed day to day IT operations and worked on integrations, audio/video/networking, and POS assets for upcoming locations. In 2019, they moved to Superfood Holdings LLC | Beaming Wellness | Project Juice as their Director of IT, and in 2021 they began working at Incentivio as their Director of Implementation & Customer Success.

Richard Long attended California State University-San Bernardino - College of Business and Public Administration from 1988 to 1994, where they earned a BA in Management Information Systems.
