Irene Sinteur

Irene Sinteur serves as the Managing Director at Incentro since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in empowerment consulting, coaching, and training from their previous role at Sinteur, where Irene worked from November 2013 to November 2018. Irene is also recognized for a PhD project focused on the dynamics of autonomous groups and the empowering design concept of self-steering, which aims to enhance employees' sense of autonomy and psychological empowerment. Earlier career roles include Project Manager and Consultant at BIPMTD, and a Consultant in Human Resource Management at The Vision Web. Educational achievements include a Doctorate in Social Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Amsterdam.
