Matthew Choy

Matthew Choy is an accomplished finance and strategy professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Inception Financial since September 2025, Matthew previously held the position of Director of Strategy at Adapture Renewables, Inc. from October 2022 to August 2025. Prior to that, Matthew worked as a consultant and directed business operations at Holu Hou Energy. Early career roles include Operations Manager at Holu Energy, Research Analyst for the State of Hawaii Division of Consumer Advocacy, and Legislative Aide in the U.S. House of Representatives. Matthew's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
