Cillian Fox is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in operations and management spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Group Operations Manager at Inception Group in London since April 2018, Cillian has previously held roles such as Operations Manager at Cahoots and General Manager. Prior experience includes Bar Operations Manager at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection’s Sky Garden, Bars Manager at Soho House & Co's Farmhouse, and managing bar operations across multiple venues at Electric Garden & Theatre, Biteclub Streetfood, and Halo Nightclub.
