Joshua Knauer

Joshua Knauer is a Research Scientist at Inception Therapeutics since October 2020, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles as a Scientific Associate II at GNF and Research Associate at Quidel. At GNF, Joshua specialized in the characterization of drug candidates employing techniques such as SPR, SEC-MALS, and Mass Spectrometry. Prior to that, Joshua developed diagnostic tests at Quidel, focusing on lateral flow technology for Streptococcal pneumonia and Vitamin D levels. Joshua's early experience includes research positions in the Komives Lab at UCSD and Abraxis BioScience, where skills in protein analysis and DNA aptamer isolation were honed. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Chemistry from UC San Diego after attending Orange Coast College.
