Aaron Schwartz is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in various industries. Aaron began their career in 1996 as a Product Development Engineer at SDRC, where they focused on ensuring the reliability of engineering software and coordinating communication between developers, customers, and management. In 1997, they joined Raytheon as a Manufacturing Engineer II, where they worked on part design, interpreted GD&T on design prints, and designed inspection and fabrication procedures.

In 2003, Aaron joined Alcoa Closure Systems International Inc as a Senior Project Engineer. Here, they researched and developed packaging solutions, analyzed and designed components, and served as the primary FEA analyst using ABAQUS software. After that, they worked at Stress Engineering Services, Inc as an Associate, where they provided mechanical engineering consulting services to various industries, solving product development and performance problems.

In 2010, Aaron joined Dassault Systèmes as a Senior Application Engineer. Aaron taught Abaqus courses, provided advanced customer support, and engaged in pre-sales and consulting work. Aaron also worked on modeling geometries in SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, and Abaqus to simulate complex contact conditions and assisted customers with similar parameters.

Their most recent role is at Inceptra as a Simulia Application Engineer, starting in 2019.

Aaron Schwartz earned a Bachelors degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University, which they attended from 1989 to 1994. Aaron then pursued further education by completing a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering at Southern Methodist University, where they studied from 1998 to 2000.
