Alex Gioultouridis

Alex Gioultouridis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alex started their career as an Engineering Intern at Bell Northern Research (Nortel) in 1993. Following that, they worked at Alzar Industries, where they progressed from a CNC Machinist/Programmer to a Team Leader, overseeing a team of 6 CNC Machinists.

In 1998, they joined IMAGINiT Technologies as an Engineering Team Leader, providing technical support, training, and consulting services for PTC and Dassault Systemes mechanical CAD and CAM applications. Alex also developed a library of customer post-processors for CNC machines. Later, they became the Engineering Manager for Autodesk Application Support, and subsequently for Dassault Systemes CAD/CAM & PLM Application Support, where they supervised and trained a team of engineering professionals, managed department operations, and engaged with senior management and customers.

From 2010 to 2016, Alex worked at BlackBerry Limited (Research In Motion), serving as a Senior Applications Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for supporting and managing mechanical CAD, Product Data Management (PDM/PLM), and artifact collaboration applications used in the Global Product Development organization. Alex also provided technical solutions and support to business units and managed vendor relationships.

Recently, Alex joined AG Consulting in 2016 as a Consultant, where they utilized their expertise to provide consultation and expertise to clients.

Most recently, in 2017, Alex joined Inceptra as a Senior Application Engineer, where they continue to utilize their technical skills and knowledge in providing solutions and support to clients.

Alex Gioultouridis attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 1995 to 1998. During this time, they earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology with a focus on Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronics, and Physics. From 2004 to 2007, Alex then pursued further education at Bemidji State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial Technology Management.
