James Hallford has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. James started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Weber Aircraft LLC, where they assisted in design and assembly tasks. James then worked as an Engineering Intern at Logical Solutions, Inc., gaining further experience in the field. James also joined Texas Instruments as a Senior Design Team member.

In 2012, James became a Coach at 360 Volleyball Club, where they specialized in teaching high school athletes the physical techniques of volleyball. James remained in this role until 2018.

From 2013 to 2014, James worked at Bell Helicopter as an R&D Design Engineer, contributing to the development of the V-280. James also spent time in the Advanced Composite Center, working on V-22 yokes.

In 2014, James joined Safran Seats US, LLC as a Design Engineer II. In this role, they designed innovative solutions and improved existing parts and assemblies, considering factors such as safety, reliability, comfort, and cost. James worked with various materials and manufacturing processes and collaborated with different departments to ensure quality production.

Most recently, James joined Inceptra in 2020 as a CATIA Application Engineer.

James Hallford began their education at Dallas College North Lake Campus in 2007, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in General Science. James completed this program in 2009. Following this, from 2009 to 2013, Hallford attended The University of Texas at Dallas, where they studied Mechanical Engineering and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree.
