Darren Reape has extensive experience in the civil engineering and renewable energy sectors. Darren is currently working as an Offshore Wind Transport & Installation Project Engineer at INCH CAPE OFFSHORE LIMITED. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they worked at ESB as a Civil Engineer - Offshore Wind, where they conducted site assessments, managed company-owned projects, and assessed engineering aspects of potential acquisitions. Darren also worked at ESB International as a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer from 2017 to 2019, where they designed and managed ground investigation tender packages for renewable projects and prepared peat risk assessments. In 2018, they served as a Resident Geotechnical Engineer at ESB, responsible for implementing safe geotechnical works on a windfarm development project.
