Paul Scaife (Grad IOSH MIIRSM)

Paul Scaife holds Grad IOSH and MIIRSM qualifications and has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management within the offshore wind industry. Currently serving as HSE Lead at Inch Cape Offshore Limited since November 2022, Paul oversees HSE contracts and implements CDM strategies. Previous roles include HSE Client Representative at Siemens Gamesa and Project SHEQ Manager at O'Connor Utilities, where Paul managed safety for subsea cable projects. Throughout a career spanning multiple organizations, including Siemens, MHI Vestas, and GE, Paul has consistently contributed to the development and execution of health and safety plans, risk assessment procedures, and accident investigation processes across various offshore wind projects.

INCH CAPE OFFSHORE LIMITED

The Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm, currently in late stage development, will see up to 72 turbines located 15km off the Angus Coast and connect to the National Grid at Cockenzie, East Lothian. Once complete, it will be one of Scotland’s largest single sources of renewables energy and power over 1 million homes with clean electricity. Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm is owned by Inch Cape Offshore Limited, an equal joint venture between Edinburgh based renewable and sustainable energy company, Red Rock Power Limited and Ireland’s leading energy company, ESB.
