Paul Upton is currently working as an OSS T&I Engineer at INCH CAPE OFFSHORE LIMITED. Prior to this role, Paul held positions such as Lead T&I Structural Engineer at Saipem, Structural Engineer at Scott White and Hookins LLP, Senior Structural Engineer at TPS Consult and Robert Bird Group, Principal Structural Engineer at Wood Group Mustang, Offshore Structural Engineer at CB&I, and Structural Engineer at Saipem. Paul started their career as a Graduate Civil Engineer at Ringway after completing their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, followed by a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Surrey.

The Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm, currently in late stage development, will see up to 72 turbines located 15km off the Angus Coast and connect to the National Grid at Cockenzie, East Lothian. Once complete, it will be one of Scotland’s largest single sources of renewables energy and power over 1 million homes with clean electricity. Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm is owned by Inch Cape Offshore Limited, an equal joint venture between Edinburgh based renewable and sustainable energy company, Red Rock Power Limited and Ireland’s leading energy company, ESB.
