Karen Carlson

Karen Carlson currently serves as President at InCharge Education Foundation, focusing on financial services that empower Americans to overcome challenges and achieve their aspirations. Since 2010, Karen has held various titles at InCharge Debt Solutions, including Vice President of Education and Digital Marketing and Senior Director of Education and Digital Marketing. Additionally, Karen has been President of Debt.org since January 2021, recognized as America's Debt Help Organization. From 2004 to February 2010, Karen was Vice President at Tapestry International Productions, an Emmy-winning television production company, and previously worked as Director of Sales & Marketing from 2000 to 2003, where responsibilities included marketing award-winning documentary and educational programs. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Production and Writing from Northwestern University and an MFA in Digital & Emerging Media from the University of Central Florida.
