Luis Caraballo

Luis Caraballo, CPTM, has extensive experience in the financial and educational sectors, currently serving as Training Manager and Customer Care Manager at InCharge Education Foundation since October 2017. InCharge Debt Solutions has also employed Luis since February 2000, where responsibilities as Counseling Supervisor include coaching credit counselors, managing employee issues, and overseeing payroll. Previous experience includes a role as Admin Assistant and Meeting Processor Lead at Omni Investments, where duties involved conducting credit checks and processing mortgage applications. Luis holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Valencia College, attained between 2005 and 2008.
