Charles Cracknell

Charles Cracknell has extensive work experience in various roles related to supply chain, operations transformation, and business recovery. Charles is currently working as the Global Lead Product Planning (S&OP) and Logistics at Inchcape plc, where they are responsible for creating and deploying playbooks and global processes in the areas of sales and operational planning and logistics. Prior to this, Charles founded their own company, Cracknell and Co Interim International Ltd, and served as the Director for over 12 years. Charles has also worked as a supply chain and operations transformation consultant at Sysco Productions and as a business transformation program lead at Mundipharma International Technical Operations Limited. Charles has held interim positions in companies like GSK, Healthcare at Home, IMI Hydronic Engineering, and Department of Health and Social Care, where they were involved in operational recovery, business transformation, and strategic planning. Charles also has experience as a sourcing and supply chain director at Bausch + Lomb (formerly Valiant Pharmaceuticals) and as a supply chain integration lead at Meda.

Charles Cracknell has a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Dundee. Charles also completed an Accreditation in Corporate and Executive Coaching from the Corporate & Exec Coaching Organisation and The Coaching Academy in 2007. Charles obtained a Professional Qualification in Institute Sales & Marketing from South West London College in 1990. In 1986, they attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst for Graduate Officer Training. Charles Cracknell received their Bachelor's degree in Economics, with a focus on Law, Accountancy, Mathematics, and IT, from the University of Dundee in 1986.
