Ileana R.

Ileana R. has over 17 years of work experience in various IT roles. Ileana is currently serving as the Regional IT Director, Americas at Inchcape plc since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the IT Manager for Panama and Costa Rica at the Rudelman Group. In 2016, they held the position of Head of Technological Projects at Suzuki Panama and Costa Rica. Ileana also gained experience as a Senior Principal Technical Account Manager at Oracle of Venezuela, where they managed the account of Farmatodo de Venezuela. Ileana's earlier experience includes being the Head of Computing and Processes at Walkiria C.A. and working as a Systems Analyst and Programmer Analyst at CentroBeco C.A.

Ileana R. holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Senior Management and Coaching from Escuela de Sociedad de Altos Estudios Jurídico Empresariales Euroamericanos (SAEJEE Business School), which was completed from 2015 to 2017. Ileana also has a Project Management Specialist degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, obtained between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, Ileana R. graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Universidad Simón Bolívar in 2004. In 2015, they obtained a certification in ITIL V3 Foundations from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
