Ciara Sumner is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Services Coordinator at Inchcape Shipping Services since August 2023. Ciara's role involves coordinating the recruitment process to enhance candidate experience through sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding while ensuring adherence to best practices.
