Dibya Mishra

Dibya Mishra is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in application support and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Global Application Support at Inchcape Shipping Services since November 2022, Dibya manages product support for a SaaS-based solution and oversees product development utilizing cloud-based technologies. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at Syren and Director of Delivery at Pactera EDGE, where Dibya handled the Microsoft portfolio and played various roles in project delivery. Other notable experiences include serving as a Technical Project Manager at Deloitte India, engaging a 40-member team, and progressing through various technical and leadership positions at companies like Mindtree, Capgemini, and CGI. Dibya holds an Integrated Master in Computer Application and a BCA in Computer Science from Utkal University.
