Luiz Fialho

Luiz Fialho currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Dattos since August 2022 and as a mentor at Minuano since January 2023. Additionally, Luiz has been a partner and CFO & COO at inChurch since August 2018, contributing to a 300% year-over-year growth and acquiring over 20,000 customers. Previous roles include Head of Corporate Venture Capital & M&A at ACE Aceleratech, where strategic advisory supported major ventures in Brazil, and co-founder & partner of Real Games Entertainment, which launched the first Drone Arena in Latin America. Luiz has also held positions at Marcopolo S.A., Trust & Co Investimentos, Polem - Irrigation Technology, and InstructorLive. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and studies in Computer Science at the University of London.
