Kathleen Gladstone

Kathleen Gladstone is a seasoned professional in sales enablement and training, currently serving as the Manager of Sales Enablement at Incident IQ since January 2024. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager at BeyondTrust, where responsibilities included launching the Sales Academy and collaborating with sales leaders on course content. Kathleen also developed a globally scaled Sales Enablement and Training series at BeyondTrust. With a diverse background that includes roles at Zillow as a Sales Trainer and Senior Business Consultant, New York Magazine as an Integrated Account Director, and several other notable positions in advertising and account management, Kathleen brings extensive experience in business development and strategic training initiatives. Kathleen holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Management from Regis College.
