Jim Babylon is a seasoned emergency services professional with extensive experience in incident management, training, and consulting. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Instructor at Incident Response Technologies since July 2014, Jim consults on event planning and incident management, while instructing across various emergency disciplines. As the Owner/Operator of Covenant All Risk Training & Consulting, established in January 2009, Jim has trained and consulted globally on topics such as wildfire, tactical medicine, and mass casualty incidents. Previously, Jim held significant roles at South Metro Fire Rescue from June 1989 to June 2014, including Lieutenant Paramedic and Special Operations Coordinator, leading the Hazardous Materials Response Team. Jim also served as a Paramedic at Denver Health from 1991 to 1995, gaining valuable field medicine experience. Educational qualifications include a degree in Emergency Management from Bellevue University and certifications in Chemical & Biological Incident Response.
