Ella Simpson

Ella Simpson is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Incipio Group since May 2025, Ella previously held significant positions at AllBright, including Global Head of Brand & Marketing and Head of Marketing, from May 2023 to May 2025. Between April 2017 and April 2023, Ella was a key figure at Condé Nast Britain, advancing from Marketing & Research Executive to Head of Marketing. Earlier career experiences also include roles at Terrapinn, where Ella progressed to Marketing Manager. Ella holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Leicester and completed education at Dr. Challoners High School.
