Barnali Banerjee has held a variety of roles since 2017. Barnali was a Core Committee Member of the Student Council of Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women, DU, Creative Head of Parastika - Department of Statistics, Founding Member of The Collegian - College Newspaper Team, Treasurer of Elvira - Fine Arts Society, and Member of Inklings - Literary Society. In 2021, they joined P.A. Research as a Market Research Analyst, where they compiled a database of "Global Volume" figures for 15000+ keywords for "Global Wellness Industry Project" using SEMRush and assisted in gathering and tabulating information & data points on India's use of online payment services. Barnali also designed surveys to discover prospective & current customers' preferences as per business objectives for the project "Voice Calling Experience of Customers in India" using Survey Monkey. In 2022, they joined Incisiv as a Junior Research Analyst and Researcher - Digital Benchmarking, where they assessed 55 brand websites as per the framework with nearly 80 attributes, conducted in depth secondary research about loyalty programs to understand the current industry trends & statistics, and collated annual & quarterly financial data of various brands. Barnali also joined Bajs AI as a Junior Researcher, where they conducted secondary research to identify companies in assigned technology area and generated a solid database of 400+ companies spread across 20 cities in India, USA & Europe. In 2021, they joined Octane Research as a Market Research Analyst, where they collected (for one-third portion of the project) & analyzed (for the entire project) the gathered data, turning the insights into compelling visuals and identified key data driven recommendations for the project "Reclaiming Abandoned Shopping Carts" using Survey Monkey & Python.

Barnali Banerjee has a diverse educational background. Barnali attended Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1, Armapur, Kanpur from 2004 to 2016. Barnali then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (H) in Statistics from Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences For Women, University of Delhi, which they completed in 2020. In 2021, they enrolled in a Master of Science in Data Science (Vellore Campus) at Vellore Institute of Technology, but dropped out. In addition to their formal education, Barnali has also obtained several certifications, such as Python Practicum+ from MyWays in 2022, Python Libraries: Numpy, Matplotlib And Pandas from upGrad in 2021, Programming with Python: Introduction for Beginners from upGrad in 2021, Exploratory Data Analysis In Excel from upGrad in 2021, Analysing Patterns And Storytelling from upGrad in 2021, and Introduction to Data Analysis using Excel from upGrad in 2021.
