Cara Hodgson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cara started their career as a Media Intern at HY Connect, where they gained valuable experience in consumer research and media planning. Cara then worked as an intern at Golden Chic Events & Consulting, assisting in the planning and execution of various events. Following this, they took on a part-time role as a Brand Ambassador at Toast, LLC Promotions, managing and executing marketing promotions for corporate clients.
Cara then transitioned to a full-time position as a Project Manager at Epic, a healthcare software company. In this role, they worked closely with clients to design, build, test, and train pharmacy components of electronic medical records. Cara managed all aspects of implementation, including timelines and budgets, and conducted training sessions for pharmacy directors.
After Epic, Cara joined Cuvee Champagne and Celebrations as an Event Manager, where they were responsible for event sales, vendor management, and coordinating all aspects of events. Cara also worked at Surescripts as an Implementation Project Manager, managing the implementation of HISP Connectivity in healthcare organizations.
Cara then moved to Sagacious Consultants, where they served as the Manager of Consultant Staffing. In this role, they conducted interviews, managed the pipeline of contingent new-hires, and assisted the sales staff in identifying qualified consultants for new roles.
Following their time at Sagacious Consultants, Cara joined Accenture, where they held various roles. As a Talent Fulfillment Specialist, they played a key role in managing candidate interviews and maintaining a pipeline of qualified consultants. Cara then became a part of the North America Inclusion and Diversity Team Support, contributing to the launch and growth of the ERG Platform, updating branding, providing technical support, and presenting the I&D Strategy and ERG Platform to Accenture customers. Most recently, Cara joined Incisive Consultants as the VP of Talent.
