Andrew Radywonik possesses extensive experience in the agricultural sector, currently serving as a Regional Business Manager (acting) for Incitec Pivot Fertilisers in SE NSW while also holding roles in market development and commercial sales support within the company. Prior experience includes a position as a Field Technician at Precision Agriculture, responsible for soil sampling, and a sales and service role at The Galvanised Trailer Company, where involvement included product maintenance and customer support. Andrew Radywonik holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Agricultural Sciences and Business (Marketing & Economics) from La Trobe University, complemented by an educational foundation from Melbourne Grammar School.
