Justin Butcher is an accomplished procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as General Manager Procurement at Incitec Pivot Fertilisers since February 2023, Justin previously held the position of Senior Procurement Manager at Incitec Pivot Limited. Justin contributed to the development of the supply chain profession in Queensland as a Board Director at the Australasian Supply Chain Institute. Prior experience includes leadership at Downer as Head of Procurement & Supply, and key roles at BHP and Rio Tinto, focusing on logistics and supply chain planning. Justin's educational background includes a Master's in Logistics from the University of Wollongong, a Commerce Degree from the University of the Sunshine Coast, and a Diploma in Export Management from the Australian Institute of Export.
