Shane Hase

Shane Hase is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing and distribution sectors with extensive experience in management roles. Since October 2020, Shane has served as the Regional Manager for Victoria at Incitec Pivot Fertilisers, following a tenure as Distribution Manager at Incitec Pivot Limited from February 2017 to October 2020. Prior to that, Shane held the position of Distribution Manager at Wengfu Australia and served as Production Manager at Nufarm. Shane's career began at Alcoa Australia Rolled Products, where significant responsibilities included Senior Area Leader and Business Systems Coach, managing operations across multiple departments and leading improvement projects over an eleven-year period. Shane also worked as a Boilermaker at Robert Lange Engineering early in the career. Shane's educational background includes a Cert IV in Engineering from Victoria University and a Diploma in Competitive Manufacturing from Wiseman Institute, complemented by an apprenticeship in Structural Steel/Boilermaking from Gordon TAFE.
