Ryan Carrington

Ryan Carrington is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager at Incitec Pivot Fertilisers, leading the HR function for Northern Australian Operations since July 2014. With over 500 employees across various remote operations including mining, rail, and chemical manufacturing, Ryan excels in addressing diverse people and culture challenges.
