Claire Fontaine has an extensive work experience. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Research for Inciter. Claire Fontaine has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Urban Education from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, which they obtained from 2007 to 2015. Claire also holds a Bachelor's Degree in College of Letters (interdisciplinary humanities) from Wesleyan University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002.
