Dana Chermesh-Reshef

Dana Chermesh-Reshef has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2020, Dana founded and became the CEO of inCItu, a company focused on mapping the future built environment into augmented reality. The company aims to empower residents, developers, and policymakers in collaborating on urban change. Prior to this, in 2020, Dana served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Schmidt Futures. From 2018 to 2020, Dana worked as the Director of Urban Data and Innovation at DRAW Brooklyn LLC, where they were responsible for spearheading urban data initiatives. Dana also gained experience as an intern in the Regional Planning Division at the NYC Department of City Planning in 2018, where they performed research and contributed to the division's technology workflow. Before that, Dana worked as an Architect at Bar-Orian Architects from 2011 to 2017, where they focused on urban renewal projects and established the office's Zoning Division. In 2009, Dana worked in UI and GUI design at Simplex, and in 2007, they worked as an Operational and UI Characterize at IAI.

Dana Chermesh-Reshef obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree in Architecture from Tel Aviv University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Applied Urban Science & Informatics at the NYU Center for Urban Science + Progress, which they completed between 2017 and 2018.
