Andrei Morin-Kougoucheff

Andrei Morin-Kougoucheff, Vice President, joined Incline in January 2023. He is responsible for investment sourcing activities, including outreach to deal professionals and reviewing new investment opportunities.

Previously, Andrei was a Vice President at Comvest Partners where he focused on managing relationships with intermediaries, as well as identifying, originating and qualifying new investment opportunities alongside the investment team. Prior to that, he was an analyst at SBA Communications where he supported the executive team with a focus on capital markets, investor relations and International M&A.

Born and raised in the South of France, Andrei received a B.B.A. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University where he was the captain of the men’s tennis team.

Andrei loves playing sports, especially tennis, soccer and golf. He’s a lifelong Arsenal fan and enjoys traveling back to Europe as often as possible!
