Bree Waters

Bree Waters is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as the District Project Manager at Incline Village General Improvement District since October 2021. With a career that began in 1995, Bree has held various roles, including Project Manager at Al Pombo, Inc. since May 2015, Project Engineer at S W Allen Construction Inc. from April 2020 to October 2021, and Project Engineer at Resource Development Company until October 2021.
