Kari Ferguson has extensive experience in youth and family program coordination across various municipalities. Currently serving as the Districtwide Communications Coordinator at Incline Village General Improvement District since April 2005, Kari previously held multiple supervisory roles within the same organization, overseeing a variety of youth and community programs. Prior experience includes working as the Youth Development Recreation Coordinator for the City of San Carlos, where Kari assisted in opening the San Carlos Youth Center and developed numerous award-winning programs. Earlier roles at the City of Mountain View and City of Sunnyvale involved coordinating successful teen programs and special events, showcasing a strong background in program development, marketing, and community engagement. Kari holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and English from San Francisco State University.
