Shivang Agrawal

Shivang Agrawal is a finance professional with extensive experience in leading financial operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Finance Lead at INCLUD since August 2025, Shivang focuses on building sustainable financial systems that ensure compliance and readiness for investors. Prior to this role, Shivang was Financial Controller at 91Squarefeet (YC W22), where responsibilities included implementing internal controls and managing treasury functions, achieving a clean audit from a Big 4 firm. Previous positions include Finance Manager and Assistant Manager Finance at Swiggy, as well as several roles at KPMG as Audit Senior and Executive. Shivang began the career journey as an Industrial Trainee at Dalmia Bharat Group and gained experience as an Articled Assistant at M/s SDM & Associates. Shivang holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a background in Business/Commerce from St. Johns Senior Secondary School.
