Dave Holby-Wolinski BCA FRSA is a co-founder of Includability, an organization focused on creating inclusive and sustainable workplaces, and DiSRUPT Recruitment Agency, a B Corp certified firm specializing in retention and community solutions for the property industry. As a B Corp Ambassador and Fellow of The RSA, Dave plays an active role in promoting sustainable business practices. Previous experience includes consultancy roles at Inventum Group and REED, and an account manager position at Procius Limited. Dave holds a BA Hons in Drama from the University of Exeter.
