Eric Pfistner

Eric Pfistner serves as a Member Experience Specialist at Included Health since September 2023. Previously, Eric held multiple roles at Cerebral, starting as a Care Coordinator and advancing to Coordination Team Manager, where leadership and customer experience delivery were emphasized. With a background in customer service, Eric has also contributed as a Customer Service Manager, Team Lead, and Advanced Roles Team Lead at Booking.com, where strategic planning and team empowerment were key responsibilities. Eric’s earlier experience includes quality assurance management at Optum and roles in benefits coordination and sales at Liberty Medical Supply and Applied Card Systems, respectively. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Medieval and Renaissance Studies from Universidad de Salamanca and an ELE Certification in Spanish from Instituto Alhambra.
