Joel Hernandez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and community support roles. Currently serving as a Bilingual Senior Member Care Advocate at Included Health since May 2016, Joel is responsible for leading and developing Care Coordinators, ensuring quality patient experiences, and contributing to organizational culture-building initiatives.
