Leila Rakban

Leila Rakban, M.S., M.Ed., serves as the Senior Manager of Member Care Training & Education at Included Health since January 2021. Previously, Leila held the position of Senior Training Specialist at Greater Nevada Credit Union from February 2020 to January 2021. Leila's experience also includes roles at Washoe County School District, where responsibilities included Education Program Manager and Learning And Development Specialist from August 2012 to February 2020, as well as Education Program Supervisor at the City of Reno from June 2009 to October 2012. Leila holds a Master of Science in Equity and Diversity from the University of Nevada, Reno, a Master of Education in Organizational Learning from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada, Reno.
