Susan Harling

Susan Harling currently serves as the Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Lifecycle Marketing at Included Health, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Susan spent over 17 years at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where various positions included Lead Director of the Custom Communications Group, Director of Sales Enablement, and Director of Sales Support, among others. Susan began the career at Aetna as a Proposal Consultant. Educationally, Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from Saint Joseph's University, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
