Tirah Miquel

Tirah Miquel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal management and strategic consulting, currently serving as Senior Manager of Proposal Management at Included Health since November 2021. In this role, Tirah leads a team of proposal managers to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions that meet stakeholder needs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing and Sales. Prior to Included Health, Tirah worked at Aetna from May 2012 to November 2021 in various roles, including Proposal Management Director and Senior Strategy Consultant, where responsibilities included driving process improvements and managing strategic proposal responses to enhance sales and retention.
