Colleen Seemann

Colleen Seemann has extensive experience in community resource management, currently serving as the Regional Community Resource/Provider Relations Director at Community Link, Inc. since January 2017. Prior to this role, Colleen held the position of Community Resource Manager at Community Care of Central Wisconsin from December 2008, demonstrating a long-term commitment to fostering community connections and resource development.
