Jill Forer

Jill Forer is a retired Behavioral Health and Wellness Manager, previously holding a variety of leadership roles in the healthcare sector. At Inclusa, Jill served as the Team Development Senior Manager and later as a casual Behavioral Health and Wellness Manager until 2023. Currently, Jill works as the Service Coordination Supervisor at Community Care of Central Wisconsin, overseeing a team of Social Workers and RNs to support physically disabled and frail elder members. Jill’s past experience includes being the Director of Operations at Harbor House Assisted Living and the Community Corner Clubhouse Director at North Central Health Care. Jill earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from U.W. Eau Claire, where they continue to pursue education.
