Inclusive Employment - Mentorability at Inclusion BC

Tina Dam serves as the MentorAbility Provincial Hub Coordinator at Inclusion BC, where Tina facilitates mutual mentorship opportunities for individuals experiencing disability. With a strong background in advocacy, Tina has provided support to people with developmental disabilities and their families. Previous roles include Program Manager at Spectrum Society for Community Living, where Tina offered leadership and staff supervision, and Provincial Coordinator for BC People First, coordinating events and administrative tasks. Tina's experience also encompasses community engagement as Chair Person for My Own Back Yard Community Association and volunteer coordination for The Drive BIA. Additionally, Tina's early career includes various sales and management positions within corporate settings. Tina holds several educational qualifications, including a Project Management Certificate from the Vancouver School Board and extensive studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
