Culturally intelligent leaders are 3.5 times more likely to get the full potential out of their staff.  We specialize in innovative diversity and inclusion training in the US, Europe, and Asia that can help you realize that potential. We partner with professional networks, corporations, and sites of learning that share our mission of developing and implementing inclusive practices that lead to a more equitable world.

Diversity is a fact. Inclusion is a practice. Inclusive mindset can be taught when done thoughtfully and collaboratively. Our work begins with an immersion in the culture of our partners so what we build is reflective of each organization’s unique assets and opportunities. We know that the best learning is experiential, relevant to the local context, and structured in a space that is both safe and brave. In creating this space, we rely on a data-driven, asset-based, customized and experiential approach to support our clients in making a diverse and thriving culture a reality.

Our proven track record of success in global and regional initiatives with companies like LinkedIn, HP, SAP, NerdWallet, Stanford and Harvard has demonstrated our unique ability to provide cutting-edge curriculum, effective education programs and a concrete lasting impact on the skill development and capacity building of our partners.
