Temi Akindele Barker is the founder of Inclusion Labs, an organization dedicated to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion in educational and personal development for young people since October 2019. Prior to this role, Temi accumulated extensive experience in strategy and research for various startups from 2011 to 2019, focusing on idea development and addressing challenges. Temi also served as a senior legal consultant at Law Alliance from 2008 to 2009, leading a team across US and UK law firms and banks with an Asia focus. Earlier career highlights include legal consultancy positions at Burlington Search and Glass Consultancy, focusing on client research and mapping, as well as managing talent among senior associates and junior partners. Temi started the professional journey as a researcher at Law Professionals in 2005 and holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and English Literature from the University of Leeds, completed in 2004.
