Jordan James

Jordan James has a strong background in cloud systems development and engineering. They are currently employed as a Cloud Systems Developer at Cloudreach since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Cloud Engineering Lead and Cloud Engineer at Sanne from 2020 to 2021. They also held positions as a Senior Systems Administrator and Systems Administrator at Sanne from 2017 to 2020. Before joining Sanne, Jordan worked as a Systems Support Technician at Walkers from 2016 to 2017. They also gained experience as a Lead Technical Support Analyst and Technical Support Analyst at Sanne from 2013 to 2016. Jordan's career started as an Operations Technician at C5 Alliance Group Limited from 2012 to 2013.

Jordan James attended Highlands College Jersey from 2009 to 2012, where they studied Information Technology. In addition to their college education, Jordan James obtained various certifications in the field of IT. They obtained the ITIL® V3 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2013. In August 2021, they achieved the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Furthermore, in November 2021, they earned the HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate certification from HashiCorp. Their most recent certification is the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate, which they obtained in October 2022, also from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
