Miles started their career as an IT Support Engineer at Collier Computers, LLC, where they diagnosed and repaired systems for clients and played a significant role in network configuration and deployment. Miles then transitioned to the real estate sector, working as a Realtor and Closing Coordinator at Kansas City Regional Homes, Inc. In this role, they acquired valuable skills that proved beneficial in their current tech industry position. Miles joined Icarus in 2014 as a Cloud Architect and streamlined the development process by implementing CI/CD using GitLab's DevOps offerings. Currently, Miles is working at Cloudreach, an Atos company, as a Cloud Systems Engineer.
