Shibu Dubey

Shibu Dubey started their work experience in 2018 as a Summer Intern at RELIANCE JIO DIGITAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, where they focused on developing problem-solving skills and understanding the needs of SMBs and SMEs. Shibu was responsible for locating and scheduling appointments with businesses, conducting surveys to assess their infrastructure, and suggesting digital technology solutions for growth. Shibu also processed data and generated insights using data analytics, creating comprehensive reports for the company.

In 2019, Shibu worked as a Trainee at SEED Infotech Ltd. In 2020, they gained experience as a Software Developer Intern at IndiaTechSoft (ITS) and as a Business Development Trainee at BYJU'S (Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd.).

In the same year, Shibu joined NETSCOUT as a TAC Intern, and later transitioned to Cloudreach, where they held the role of Cloud Support Engineer and then became an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer.

Shibu Dubey's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Technology degree in cloud technology and information security from Ajeenkya D Y Patil University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, Shibu completed higher secondary education at Cambridge senior secondary school, with a focus on science. Shibu's secondary education in science was completed at St. Paul's School from 2002 to 2014.

In addition to formal education, Shibu has obtained several certifications. These include certifications in Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text; Digital Body Language; Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals; The Secrets to Success at Work; and Writing Formal Business Letters and Emails, all obtained from LinkedIn in February 2021. Shibu also holds certifications in Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure from Coursera, Advance penetration testing from Cybrary, Amazon Web Services Essential Training from LinkedIn, penetration testing and ethical hacking from Cybrary, Google digital unlocked from Google Digital Unlocked, and Google analytics for beginners from Google Analytics for Business. The dates of these certifications range from October 2018 to April 2022.
