Jean Carlos Rosario Mercado is a skilled professional with diverse experience in program management and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Program Associate at Inclusiv, responsibilities include providing administrative and programmatic support to enhance the coordination of various initiatives across the organization. Previously, as a Product Manager at Brands Of Americas, Jean Carlos managed multiple digital projects, including e-commerce platforms and web development. Other significant roles include serving as Chief Executive Officer of Cooperativa Agro-Comercial de Puerto Rico, where operational and financial oversight were primary duties, and as Project Manager at Fondo de Inversion y Desarrollo Cooperativo, leading business development initiatives. Jean Carlos co-founded Cooperativa IUPICOOP Café and holds a Master’s degree in Labor Studies from The City University of New York and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
