Silvia Rincon

Silvia Rincon currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Inclusiv, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Silvia accumulated extensive experience at Latino Community Credit Union from March 2013 to January 2023, where responsibilities included SVP of Member Experience, Director of the Office of the CEO, VP of Communications and Brand Management, Director of Communications and Service, and Communications and Public Relations Specialist, along with a role as Financial Services Officer. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Branch Manager at Corporate America Family Credit Union in 2011-2012 and as a Financial Service Representative at Hawthorne Credit Union from 2009 to 2011. Silvia began a career at Citi as a Personal Banker from 2007 to 2009. Silvia holds a degree in Financial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga.
