Inclusive Barista is a specialty café and social club in the heart of Warsaw (8 Stefana Okrzei St.). Run by wheelchair users, we blend artisan coffee with tangible social impact. Our mission is to eliminate barriers in the labour market: we train, employ and mentor people with disabilities so they can build careers in hospitality and live independently.

What we do every day
• Barista Academy — a free, 3-month hands-on course after which 80 % of graduates secure paid jobs.
• Showcase Café — a fully accessible space where trainees gain real-world experience while guests enjoy beans from top European roasters.
• Mobile Coffee Catering — we serve espresso and inclusion at conferences, trade fairs and corporate events, spreading the message that diversity works.
• Workshops & Networking — we teach barrier-free employer branding, co-create CSR campaigns and connect businesses with the third sector.

Our impact (2022-2025)
• 55 baristas trained.
• 600 000+ guests have experienced accessible customer service.
• 20 cross-sector partnerships formed with companies and nonprofits.
